Custom Orders:
I am more than happy to do custom orders. I require 50% of the selling price up front before beginning a custom order.

Payment:
I only accept Pay Pal payments. Immediate payment is required. If you can’t make immediate payment, contact me before ordering item. If payment policies are not followed, I reserve the right to cancel this sale.

Shipping:
I normally ship within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. Shipment for jewelry is first class at 2.00. Additional jewelry ships free! For items other than jewelry, see item for shipping costs and services. Insurance is an optional 1.30. If you would like insurance let me know at time of payment. Otherwise, I am going to assume you don’t want it. Seller is not responsible for item once it leaves her hands.
 
International Buyers:
Buyer is responsible for duties, customs fees, etc. that may be charged by the buyer's own country.

Refunds:
I am happy to provide a refund or exchange if the item is other than described. I'm sorry, but I can't do a refund for a simple change of mind. I am a very small business and can't afford to do that. If requesting a refund, let me know within 3 days of receipt or no refund will be issued. Refund will be the total cost of item. Shipping costs are not included in refund.

Finally:
When you click on submit order, you are entering into a contract. Changing your mind after doing so could result in negative feedback. Please, don't order unless you plan to purchase. Thanks!
